SCOPE OF WORK — FULL ENCAPSULATION
Clean Up & Debris Removal: Clean up of the 748 sq ft crawlspace — debris, trash, abandoned material and the existing insulation removed and hauled off for disposal (748 sq ft)
Bora Foam Insulation Board: Foam board insulation along the perimeter walls (112 linear ft), set with approximately a 2-inch gap from the soil for termite inspection clearance (112 lf)
Rim Joist Insulation: R-19 batt insulation in the rim joist band along the perimeter (112 linear ft) to block outside air from entering the crawlspace (112 lf)
20 Mil Vapor Barrier: Heavy-duty 20 mil liner over the 748 sq ft floor and up the perimeter walls, wrapped around the piers, taped at seams and corners (748 sq ft)
Crawlspace Door: New crawlspace door made of PVC board installed in the existing opening (1)
Seal Vents: Crawlspace vents sealed to block outside air (1)
Electrical Outlet: Electrical breaker with GFCI outlet and light for the dehumidifier — includes the electrical permit and inspection (1)
Permit and Inspections: Insulation permit and inspection for the wall and floor insulation (1)
Dehumidifier: AprilAire E100 dehumidifier with companion condensate pump, supplied and installed (1)

NOT INCLUDED:
- Structural repairs
- Mold or fungus chemical treatment
- Plumbing
- Hardwood floor, tile or subfloor replacement
- Work not described above

Notes:
**Existing mold growth goes dormant once the crawlspace is dried out; no chemical treatment is included.
**The crawlspace will be accessible for storage after completion; the liner can be doubled in a designated storage area on request.
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.

Warranty:
**12 months workmanship on the project.
**20 years on the liner materials.
**5 years on the dehumidifier.

Payment Terms:
50% deposit to schedule the work, 50% balance on completion.
